Venus In Furs

Small Town Inertia, by @JAMortram

It was quite a while ago that I saw Jim’s work hung in Bank Street Arts, great to see it get to this point…

Clear of People, by Michal Iwanowski

I backed this on a crowdfunding site what seems like an age ago, but it has finally arrived and it has been worth the wait. The images and the production are, at first glance at least, something special. I look forward to sitting down and looking properly when I have a bit more time to appreciate it.

The limited edition book is being sold in support of Toynbee Hall, and he’s exhibiting the work at The Town House, 5 Fournier Street from 15th to 25th October as part of East London International Photography Festival. They’re lovely images, and I’m sure will be impressive as prints.
